Alireza Sadrossadat received his BSc. degree from University of Tehran-ECE in hardware engineering in 2007, and after that he went to Canada to obtain MASc. degree from University of Waterloo in 2010 and PhD degree from OCIECE (Ottawa-Carleton institute for electrical and computer engineering) in 2015. During all years of his MASc. and PhD program he was supported by several funding sources, from teaching assistantship (12 terms) to research assistantship to many other scholarships for outstanding student (Graduate scholarship, QEII scholarship, ....). In his PhD years in Carleton CAD group (which is one of the best CAD groups in the world), he developed many new techniques for reduction of the model orders using neural networks and adding sensitivity analysis to current models of circuits and components which does not exist in current simulation tools (such as Opti-Spice, Hspice, CST Microwave Studio, MINIMOS-NT) and created the CAD tools for them and published the results in top IEEE journals. He is now assistant professor in the department of electrical and computer engineering, University of Tehran and continuing research in these fields.
