The Department of Software Engineering in the University of Tehran is among the nationwide leading departments in the area. This department enjoys close academic and research collaborations with some other departments in the school of ECE, including Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Computer Architecture, Control, and Communications. A community of about 50 MS and 25 PhD students perform their graduate studies under supervision of 13 main and adjunct members of the department in different fields in the scope of computer science and engineering.
