The Department of Information Technology lies within the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

This department has both undergraduate and postgraduate programs up to the Ph.D. level.  IT major is closely related and aligned with other computer engineering disciplines at the school. It admits students with computer and electrical engineering backgrounds. However, this department targets multidisciplinary areas including, but not limited to:
